A CLEANER BIN, WITHOUT THE MESS
Established in 1997, Kleen Bin uses a patented mobile cleaning system to professionally clean, sanitise and deodorise wheelie bins. Our SABS-approved biodegradable cleaning products kill up to 99.9% of bacteria, leaving your bin hygienically clean, safe for your family and lemony fresh. Our waterwise system uses less than one litre of water per bin. All wastewater is safely contained, removed from the estate and responsibly disposed of through the sewer system - never into stormwater drains.
HOW IT WORKS
Every Wednesday, after the municipality has collected the refuse, Kleen Bin services Hawaan Forest Estate.
WE ARRIVE
Leave your bin outside your property after the municipal collection.
WE CLEAN
We clean, sanitise and deodorise your bin, then attach a sticker identifying your service frequency.
WE RETURN
We return your bin outside your property, clean, sanitised and smelling lemony fresh.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES MY BILLING WORK?
Residents are invoiced in arrears on or around the 22nd of each month. Payment is due on presentation of the invoice.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY BIN IS CLEANED?
No, not at all. Simply leave your bin outside and accessible, and we will clean it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MUNICIPAL COLLECTION IS DELAYED?
If the municipality has not emptied your bin, we will be unable to clean it. Your bin will be serviced on the next available route day once it has been emptied by the municipality.
CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE?
Yes. You may cancel your service by providing one calendar month's notice. There is no fixed-term contract to sign.
