What day is my bin cleaned?
Bins are cleaned on refuse removal day after the municipal truck has emptied the bins.
Do need to be home?
No, not at all. Simply leave your bin outside and accessible, and we will clean it.
If my bin is not emptied, do you come the next day?
We are unable to both empty and clean refuse bins. However, your bins will be serviced on the next available route day once emptied by the municipality.
BILLING & PAYMENTS
Billing, payments and account information.
How am I charged?
Residents are invoiced in arrears on or around the 22nd of each month.
When are my payments due?
Payment is due upon presentation of the invoice. Failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in professional debt collection procedures.
May I cancel my service?
Yes. You may cancel your service by providing one calendar month’s notice. Please contact: admin@nckleenbin.co.za
