No, not at all. Simply leave your bin outside and accessible, and we will clean it.
We are unable to both empty and clean refuse bins. However, your bins will be serviced on the next available route day once emptied by the municipality.

Residents are invoiced in arrears on or around the 22nd of each month.
Payment is due upon presentation of the invoice. Failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in professional debt collection procedures.
Yes. You may cancel your service by providing one calendar month’s notice.
